If the application reference number is known enter this into the reference box and click on "search" (there is no need to enter any other information). It is important to enter this exactly as stated e.g. UTT/2300/07
If the application reference number is not known the other search fields can be used to find this. For example by selecting a parish a list of all applications for that parish will be shown back to 1989, the latest applications being at the top of the list.
